Placed my order for 2 in stock items on Oct 29th. After I paid for the items, one of them was changed to pre-order. It was NOT pre-order when I paid for it. After not receiving a shipping notice a full month later, I canceled my order. The ONLY good thing I have to say is that Leizl, their customer service rep, was very communicative and helpful. That being said, do not order from this company unless you want to wait MONTHS for your items.
I ordered some boots back in May and its Nov and still haven't received them. I have requested a refund! be careful ordering from them. I feel like they just took my money.

At first I was skeptical about ordering due to some of the reviews I had seen, but I decided to order anyways and hope for the best. I ordered on November 10th and got my order November 25th! Everything is great, and I love the quality. It was worth the wait ❤️
Guess i should have read the reviews first. Its been over a month and all ive gotten in response when trying to contact them was 2 automated responses. Take your $ elsewhere!!!!!!! Its a gamble
Super cute dress but sizing is WAY off. I’m normally a large/xlarge shirt/dress and in this picture i am wearing the small. Definitely size down!
Ordered shoes for their Black Friday deal. Discount was supposed to be automatically applied to my order; it wasn’t. When I emailed about getting a refund for the difference they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Seriously bad customer service!
I need to know how you are compensating your customers for still not receiving shipment confirmation on a promise 7 to 10 business day mark. I ordered what I felt was enough time before the holidays to receive my outfits I wanted to wear but now I need to go out and buy something else. Very poor communication. Order was placed over 3 months ago, never received and Information as to shipping until I finally emailed and it took over a week for a response. Still no information as to when items will be shipped other than sometime in December. When I ordered not stated early November. Can’t rate items because haven’t received yet. But will not order again.
