First of all, If you aren’t apart of the VIP group, you NEED to be. They have so many sales & giveaways. All day, everyday. I love SFC! They have some of the cutest clothes I’ve seen and I also love the fact that they are a boutique that believes in all size women. I have purchased so many of their items and love all of them.
They’re products are adorable and well made! Great deals often as well!
I NEVER write reviews, but I am very frustrated with the customer service. Especially from a reputable boutique who does free giveaways but can’t fulfill paid orders... Ordered a pair of boots over 90 days ago and have been told someone will get back with me on the status of my order and nobody ever gets back with me. Very frustrating! Will probably never order from them again.
Gorgeous boots!! Pictures do no justice to how beautiful they are and sparkle like no other! Pretty comfortable too! I usually wear a size 7 and that’s what I got. They fit comfortably but I probably could of went for a 6.5 but I’d rather order too big than too small. So all in all they’re worth it. Definitely considering getting the black and the Leopard print pair.
Worse customer service possible.
I bought a dress a few months ago, there was a problem with the shipping address and it was returned to sender. I have tried calling multiple times and left a voicemail, I get no phone calls back. I reached out to them on Instagram about what happened, they said they updated the shipping address and it would be sent back out soon, that was a few weeks ago and nobody has sent me updated shipping information. Cute stuff. But it's been almost 5 weeks since I ordered and I still haven't gotten anything. If it does show up I'm pretty sure it will already be to cold to wear what I ordered. Kind of disappointed. Will update if I ever get what I ordered
