RecommendedI had a question about my order and didn’t receive a reply to my email, so I commented on this page about it and was given a phone number to call. They answered on the first ring and were SO friendly!! Like talking to a friend! I haven’t received my order yet, but I’m sure I will love it!
I called and asked about sizing. They where very helpful.... I would have order a size to big lol. Ordered my dress later that night after they where closed and they shipped them first thing next morning. It fits perfect thank you so much
ordered boots a week ago and they haven't even been shipped. These were for engagement pictures which are in 2 days. I've reached out twice to cancel the order and no response. Communication and timeliness is 👎

I've been waiting for over a week for a response about their return policy and how to go about getting a refund. A dress I purchased was horribly made; seams and stitching in random spots, tulle material looks like it was cut by a 5 year old, extra material that looks like it was just forgotten about when it should have been removed. Super unhappy. Might change this recommendation if I get a response from them!
They sent me the wrong dress, didn't respond to my messages(facebook/insta) or emails for a week. I needed it for a wedding but found something else from a more reliable boutique(Glitzy Girlz Boutique). I no longer need the correct dress so I'm trying to send them back the wrong dress for a refund but supposedly they've already sent the correct one and if I send that back I only get store credit! Yall be careful, these "chics" are shady.
