RecommendedI love Southern fried chics. Every time I have ordered it has been a breeze to order! I have done a return on a pair of boots it was super easy for me to do myself. I also have called customer service with a question about a sale to compare it to the item that I ordered and the girl who answered the phone was fantastic! They are all about body positivity and are just overall a great company!
I love Everything on this site all the ladies are Beautiful and so full of life when they are online they sell the clothes by just wearing them and interacting with all of us the giveaways are so much fun to inter. I discovered SFC a little under a year ago! Amazing quality and customer service! Everyone is so helpful and sweet! If you have questions about orders or processing times you can send them an email and they will reply within a day! They have a great Facebook page where they post great deals, real models, and answer questions people may have! I recommend everything about SFC. They are all wonderful women and so helpful and so positive. I had a mishap with my gone country boots, I ordered a size to big and I couldn’t figure out how to return and exchange them, Payton answered the phone right away I wasn’t on hold for 900 years and I didn’t have to talk to a stupid automated robot, Payton is a real person lol and I’m super excited to have the right size boots on their way to me. I would give this shop 5 stars. While the sizing ay vary piece to piece, the staff here is more than willing to be honest and help pick out the best size for you! This shop also has more than just one plus sized model which is amazing for people my size! They're always having a deal and they're always willing to work with you. Not only are the products one of a kind but so is the customer support. This is the best little western boutique by far.

Just want to update my review. I just received wonderful customer service from these ladies and even what's even better is that she gave me advice on fit of certain products, what I may like best, etc. They helped my situation and made my day 😊💕 Super happy with all my products I've received and cant wait to get the rest! These girls do amazing work and are so kind when you need help! Will absolutely be ordering more!
I have to say that SFC has some of the best customer service around! There have been many times that I've called about something and not only have they helped, but the were happy to. You can truly tell that they love and care about their customers! I will always order from them!
