Matt at Southern Floors went above and beyond to help us with our flooring. We live more than an hour away and he helped us over the phone all he could and then offered to stay late so we could come look at samples. He sent tile and grout samples home with us so we could see them in our lighting. We placed our order and he had everything ready for pickup the next day. Exceptional experience with Southern Floors, thank you Matt.
will get the job done, but you better have allot of time. Nothing but problems from start to finish. Wrong product ordered, not enough materials ordered to finish job, runners taken 5+ weeks to be completed. Installer did a good job. I think all the problems come from the front office, they don't seem to have thier act together, you expect more when you pay $8,000 for new floors. To date runners have yet to be completed
