I had an appt today at 2:00 pm. I waited until 3:30 and still had not seen Dr. Wilder. I left for 30 mins and when I returned, I was informed I would have to wait until the end of the day or return the next day. No one should have to wait this long to see an optometrist for a routine exam. This is a clear indication of sheer incompetence.

I recently had cataract surgery with Dr Zloty. I will have to say this was the best experience from start to finish. As a nurse myself, I immediately recognized the excellence and care that everyone exhibited! I would highly recommend Dr Zloty. He is awesome, the staff is awesome, and the surgery center was awesome!! I would give 10 stars if I could!! Great job! 👏
Saraland, AL This is a split review. My service would have been 5 stars. Love my glasses. Was treated well. However, my husband was seen the same day as I, back in the middle of May. On that same day, he requested a refund on his nearly $300 glasses because he decided against having trifocal lenses. We were told that it's no problem, that refunds are issued on the 1st of each month. OK, that's fine. I waited until after the 1st of July to contact them, in case it was just not processed in time.
