I have never previously written a negative review for a business, but unfortunately the situation calls for it. Southern Escapes and its sister company, Lawn Enforcement, did a pool and hardscape job which was plagued with issues from the start. They failed to follow the agreed upon designs, made continuous false promises regarding the process, delivered the wrong materials, and gave the runaround regarding contact person(s) throughout the whole project.
