Southern Escapes tracked a significant amount of mud throughout our neighborhood and left without cleaning it up. Proper ground-protection mats should have been used before driving across wet yards. Since these streets are not routinely swept, the HOA is now left to handle their mess. This shows a disappointing lack of care for the community, its appearance, and the neighbors who live here.

My pool pump motor started squealing, and an outdoor party was approaching. I contacted several local pool repair shops, and all wanted to sell me a new motor AND expensive new pump. Travis at Southern Escapes was great to deal with and provided a new motor, a routine overhaul of the existing pump, and installation for about half the cost quoted by others. Colin did the repair quickly and efficiently. I recommend them most highly!

I'm an established customer. Multiple phone calls and an email message trying to get a call back on a service need. 4 days- no response. Will not use this service again.

Disappointing! Hired them to do maintenance at both of our apartment complexes. The techs never tell you if something is broken and the owner of the complex would like out of the contract with them.
