Great company! Services are consistent and reasonably priced. Any time there’s an issue they’re there to save the day. For example, my pump motor just died and needed replacement. It took a week to get it back up and running so the pool went green and a week out from a big birthday party. They jumped on it, readjusting the normal schedule to make sure that we had plenty of time to get the pool back in order before the party. I have never previously written a negative review for a business, but unfortunately the situation calls for it. Southern Escapes and its sister company, Lawn Enforcement, did a pool and hardscape job which was plagued with issues from the start. They failed to follow the agreed upon designs, made continuous false promises regarding the process, delivered the wrong materials, and gave the runaround regarding contact person(s) throughout the whole project. I recently hired Southern Escapes for tree trimming and removal, and I’m incredibly impressed with their work. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They showed up on time, clearly explained the scope of the job, and handled everything with skill and care. They removed a large tree that was dangerously close to my home and did an excellent job trimming several others to improve their health and appearance.
