THIS COMPANY DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR CUSTOMER WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED, THEY DID FOR A WHILE BUT ALL THOSE PEOPLE THAT WERE RESPONSIBLE ARE NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY AND I'VE BEEN CALLING ALL THEIR NUMBERS AND LEAVING VOICE MESSAGES BECAUSE THAT'S ALL I CAN DO AND NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. I CAN'T GET MY RAIN SOFT SYSTEM SERVICED AND IT'S AFFECTING MY WATER PRESSURE.

Had the company come to my house to change filters and check water system they sold me. The undersink filters as well as the osmosis filter was full of air and not working properly. Called about the problem. Was asked to give it more time. I did and it did not resolve. Called again . They made an appointment but never showed never called. Called again. Made an appointment for July 21. Never showed never called.

Jack the salesman was very professional and he knew everything about the system He explained everything in easy to understand terms. Jack talked to his boss and they made me an offer that I could not refuse. The installation team was fantastic and completed everything in one day. I am the happy owner of their water system and have had zero problems.

Representative that tested my water was very friendly and professional. Turned out my water had e-coli and others living in it. He explained that an ultra-violet (UV) purifier would solve that issue, none of their other systems was recommended or pushed. The installer was also very friendly and professional. He was very accommodating to my requests to make the UV system maintainable by me so I would not need professional help to keep it going over the years. I've wanted a water softening system for years, but considered such a system too expensive. However, at this year's home show I took the plunge b/c prices have dropped over time and was now within my budget. The sales man came to my home with his testing kits and vials of chemicals and showed me what is really in my tap water, and "freshly washed" laundry...left over soap, iron, lime scale, etc were evident. I had my system put in even on a day our water was out, but they came in and handled it very professionally, got everything installed, and were even going to come back later to ensure it was running properly. However, the water came back on right before they finished. I was very impressed and amazed at the timeliness. One thing I would recommend is not to make your appointment late in the evening to learn about the system because it takes a while to learn everything, and if you have to go to work the next morning, you may n... read more

We had the whole system installed today. They were on time, personable, and did not create a mess during the installation. I had made an error in downloading the application, so I sent an email to ****** ****** at about 8pm, I got a response at before 9pm. I did not expect to hear from her until the next morning. WOW! Then ****, one of the installers, presented himself on time, introduced himself, looked at the areas to install and made sure I approved of the locations. My husband and I just had a whole house system installed in November and I am loving it. We also have the reverse osmosis system with the ability to make our water alkaline. I love the taste of the water. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner using purified water and it was all great ! I have been an advocate of purified, alkaline water for many years. We enjoyed the entire experience. We received a post card about having someone come out to test our water. We did just that, and were surprised at the lack of quality in our own water. ***** was fun, energetic, and real. He didn't try to sell anything to us, until we asked, and then he gave us the best deal he could.
