Excellent service! Michelle found us at baggage claim despite receiving the wrong information about our flight. She immediately engaged with the kids and entertained all of us while making a guessing game out of finding our many bags. The drive to the hotel was even more entertaining while she told us how to watch for Disney signs and special buses. Michelle was incredible! What a great start to our trip!
We just got back from our family trip of 12 to Disney and wasn’t sure the best option to go to and from MCO. We were going to take Mears, but didn’t want all the stops after a long day of travel. Our TA recommended Southern Elegance, and quite frankly, I never heard them mentioned on any Disney site so was leery, but put my faith in my TA. We needed 2 car seats and 1 booster. Southern Elegance is my go-to choice when traveling in Orlando or to the port. They are great at communicating and friendly. Their vehicles are comfortable and clean and the drive is always smooth. Norka and William were my most recent drivers and they are wonderful!
Our family had the best experience with this company when coming to Disney! It’s a family run business, and the customer service from start to finish was very professional and wonderful. Both of our drivers were very nice, and I would like to give a shout out to Michelle. She was super friendly, fun to have a conversation with, and knowledgeable about the Orlando area. I would highly recommend!
Both drivers were on time, efficient and enjoyed a good conversation. Will definitely use this company in the future.
