We have been working with CAMS for the past three years as a landscape vender. Specifically working with Danielle Smith. It has been an amazing partnership, and we could not be any happier with the communication and friendliness of her and the staff. I highly recommend CAMS for anyone seeking management over their community.
I had difficulty reserving club house for a baby shower as my check along with the application was slow in being delivered. CAMS are an excellent resource for HOA's. They have decades of years of experience managing properties, vendors, HOAs, and more. They are a good partner to have to help guide Board members through legal issues, communications, repairs, budgeting/money management, and all around community management advice. Their team was a a valuable asset for me as a Board member.
McKenzie has been doing a great job. When she took over our account, she did so running. There were some hiccups, not her fault, and they have been ironed out. McKenzie is quick to get back to the HOA board on questions and projects.
They genuinely do NOT care. Despite complaining for the last five years personally and much longer than that from countless others, we cannot seem to get a resolution when it comes to holidays and fireworks. It is now 1:40 in the morning on New Year's Eve and people are outside screaming and setting off fireworks and keeping up children and all of my neighbors. We have begged CAMS to do something about fireworks for years and they refuse . THEY DONT EVEN PRETEND TO CARE. But they sure keep raising rates every year.
