they fixed an old unit last fall and did a good job so this spring when I needed a mini-split unit for an addition I knew who to call. They were efficient, fair and quick. I am very pleased, Roberta
The main problem with the system is the design. If we had a large attic, or a crawl space under the house, this design may have worked well. However, because our house sits on a slab and has a limited attic space, the design funneled the unit noise directly into our living room less than six feet from our couch. The overwhelming unit noise/vibration is so irritating it is difficult to be able to spend time in there with the unit running. He should have never recommended this type of unit for the space that we have.
