Just a new system from Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling. Matt and Jon did an excellent job installing it and explaining the equipment to me. Good place to do business with.

I came back from Destin, Florida, to a house that was 88 degrees at 6am. I was referred to Matt and Southern comfort by three coworkers. He came quicker than any of the competition could, located the problem, was honest about what he was going to do, and had a very fair price. We will definitely use him again!

They are punctual, knowledgeable, respectful of my home (and pets) and stand behind their work. I have never had any problems getting questions answered because they take time to help you. They seem to be unorganized. Had an appointment for basic cleaning and maintenance, they gave me a 2 hour window to arrive. I called the office at start of 2nd hour to see if there were any delays. They assured me they were coming on time. Time passed and I received a call that they were going to be another 45 minutes late so we rescheduled.
