We highly recommend Southern Comfort. We had them install new HVAC. Matt is very knowledgeable and provided options. Reliable service and friendly workers.
My only complaint is I can't give 6 stars!!! Matt and the guys did a GREAT job! They were prompt, the price was fair, and I would recommend them a million times over. My A/C went out in the dog days of summer. At first they attempted to use Freon, but it was clear that 24 year old unit needed to be replaced. After getting several estimates and recovering from the sticker shock of the entire ordeal, I went with them as they had the best price.
My AC went out and so I called and made an appointment, they gave me a window of arrival 12-5 and was here at 12:30. Aaron S. was my technician, he gave me a call when he was 30 min out which was really helpful. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When ever I had questions he explained them in a way to help me understand. He changed my capacitor on my AC and stuck around to make sure it was working properly before he left. I couldn’t say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them.
Matt the owner was at my house in no time when my heat went out a couple of winters ago!
Came home to a hot house tonight and called Southern comfort for the first time. They were here within the hour and had the problem fixed lickety-split! Price was so reasonable I couldn’t believe my ears… Thank you guys! Hope I don’t need you again but if I do you have my business from now on!

Talk about awesome customer service! Matt was able to get us nice and cool after our AC stopped working. Super nice and top notch work. Highly recommend Southern Comfort heating and cooling.
Matt and his crew at Southern Comfort Heating and Cooling are amazing. We have used them for our preschool and they have come out every single time I have called no matter what time it has been or how big or small the problem was!! We love them and will continue to use SOCO!! Thanks guys for everything you do for our Center!!!
