John from Southern Comfort came out on a Sunday afternoon when my furnace had stopped working in the dead of winter. He showed up promptly, was professional, and fixed my furnace in about 2 hours time. Matt and his team has come through for me in a pinch several times before and have proven they are consistent and reliable! I would highly recommend.

The Southern Comfort team came to the rescue on a property of ours that lost heat on one of the coldest days off the year. Clarence came out and assessed the situation and properly diagnosed the issues, the install crew was pleasant and clean. Most importantly, as temps drop again tonight, we rest assured knowing everything is warm again inside! The entire process was seamless and we could not say enough good things about this group!

After 4 services calls and and countless hours wasted at a rental house of mine over a 2 week period, my renter still has no AC upstairs. I haven’t heard from them in 3 weekdays, can’t get an estimate on repairs in advance, and horrible scheduling. Can you not even give a 4 hr window? all I get is ... we will be there on this day and can’t even get a 30 minute advance call as I reside in a different town.
