Southern Coast's technicians are lifesavers! My oven decided to quit right before Thanksgiving dinner. I called them in a panic, and they were really understanding. They squeezed me into their schedule and arrived within the hour. He was a rockstar. He not only diagnosed the problem (a faulty heating element) quickly, but he also managed to find the exact replacement part in his van, which saved the day (and the turkey!). Our clothes were taking forever to dry in the dryer disconnected the dryer vent hose and used a long brush with soft bristles to clean out all the lint and debris that had accumulated inside the entire vent system, paying attention to any bends or elbows. He even checked the outside vent flap to make sure it was opening and closing properly. We know it's safe from potential fire hazards.

My smoke alarm started chirping in the middle of the night, and I couldn't figure out how to stop it wasn't just focused on replacing the batteries; safety was his priority checked the entire smoke alarm unit, including the little sensor holes, to make sure they weren't clogged with dust. I can sleep soundly knowing my smoke alarm is in tip-top shape.

One of our recessed lights in the living room kept flickering. Southern Coast's electrician, the professional Steve came out to investigate. He didn't just replace the bulb – he examined the whole fixture. Steve discovered a loose wire connection that was causing the flickering. He tightened it up securely and then checked all the other connections in the fixture for good measure. We don't have to worry about any more flickering!

Southern Coast Services installed a new air conditioner in my bedroom, and it's like living in a cool, quiet oasis! The technicians, Luis and Madison, were super careful when bringing the unit in and out of the house. They even used pads to protect my hardwood floors. They explained all the features of the new AC, including a setting that keeps the fan running on low even when the cooling cycle isn't on, which helps circulate air and keeps the room feeling fresh.

My heater decided to quit on the first chilly night of fall arrived bundled up but still managed to have a smile on his face. He checked everything meticulously, even the tiny flame sensor, and found the culprit – a faulty igniter switch.
