The electricity company came to my house to fix a chandelier that wasn't working was friendly and was dressed in uniform. He came with all his tools. He told me what was happening at every step and asked me to turn off the power. He found and fixed a loose wire and then checked all of my home's outlets and switches to ensure they were fixed.
