Great catfish, like the wonderful catfish in Mississippi.
We have been living in South Carolina for 11 years and have never been to a restaurant that knew how to fry catfish the way we liked it being that we are originally from Mississippi...finally, we now have a place to go to that KNOWS how to cook catfish!
