Sent me an email telling me I needed to register either 72 hours. Neither my doctor nor insurance company referred me. This is a phishing scam.
This was total BS that they new i was trying to admit my daughter as a new patient, sent me an hour plus of paperwork to fill out, understood that she was going to be out of medication shortly, then wait a week and a half to tell me that they werent taking new patients. They have no problems wasting hours of your time, miss an appointment though and you are charged an 80-100 dollar fee.
