I really enjoyed the therapist that I worked with. They were very intelligble about specific areas we could work on together! I loved how open and understanding my therapist was and their ability to recognize areas they specialize in and would be able to support my growt. They also were very open to what areas they weren't as strong in and other therapists in the group who would be able to support in those areas. Vargas, just to let you know , my old acquaintance Mimi S, did say “Bue” just as you predicted she would during our past Zoom meeting.
Mental health professionals are absolutely amazing but the office staff never answers calls or texts. They harass you for payment information before telling you what provider is available and continually mess up insurance information. It is a nightmare trying to cancel or reschedule appointments because they do not answer the phone or check their voicemail!
I had a wonderful time and experience with Lakshmi Appachar. She explained a lot of important details with me and also sent great videos with a lot of important information to me. She is very kind and helpful and so pleasant to talk too.
