I was given an order for a MRI back on 3/7/19. I was told that someone in the authorization dept would call in a few days to schedule an appt, but to call back if I hadn't heard anything in 2 weeks. I've been calling every day since 3/20, left numerous voice mags with no call back. My next appt is 4/4. I called today and was told by Cesar that he couldn't find Adriana, who apparently handles authorizations, so I should try calling back.
