Both my elderly parents went there for foot issues. My mom had an ingrown toenail which wasn’t diagnosed after the dr looked for a minute and gave her an injection for her foot. We discovered that it was an ingrown toenail from a diff doctor who removed it. My father who has diabetes and gangrene toee but the dr did not address the seriousness of his foot care and also gave him an injection. 진료해주신 선생님은 설명도 잘해주시고 굉장히 친절했음. 덕분에 진료 자체는 편안하게 받을 수 있었고 신뢰도 갔음. 다만 아쉬운 건 프론 데스크였음. 전화 응대나 첫 응대가 조금 더 따뜻하고 친절했으면 좋겠다는 생각이 들었음. 사실 프론 데스크는 병원의 첫인상이고, 환자 입장에서는 병원 문을 들어서는 순간부터 이미 분위기를 느끼게 되는데, 그 부분이 살짝 부족했던 게 아쉽다고 할까. 작은 차이지만 환자가 느끼는 만족감에는 큰 차이를 줄 수 있는 부분이니까 앞으로 보완되면 더 좋은 병원이 될 것 같음. 진료는 만족, 응대는 아쉬웠음…그랬음.
