Highly recommend Southern California Aquatic and Physical Therapy. All of the therapists, aides and front desk staff are outstanding. Facility is clean and well maintained. Aquatic therapy has been life changing for me. Relief of pain, increased mobility and strength while taking all of the pressure off of my joints while exercising.

Aquatic Therapy has helped me build muscle to deal with the effects of degenerative spinal disease and arthritis. The warm salt water pool floats away all my stress. By strength training in the buoyant water I'm able to get stronger without the inflammation and soreness I've typically experienced with land based PT and exercise. The staff is friendly, smart, and well informed both medically and with paperwork. I feel welcome and cared for at Southern California Aquatic and Physical Therapy
