First impression on first visit was very good. Dr Berry seems great. I thought u heard it would be $5000 for an MRI which was a bit of a shock but that seems to be the going rate. Seems like a good team.

I waited months to write this to avoid posting out of anger, but the experience was truly traumatic. I’m giving two stars because some staff showed genuine care—but many aspects of Blue Pearl’s operations were unacceptable. Key issues: The lack of specialists on-site from Friday–to Monday is a major flaw. Even on-call, they were hard to reach. I've come here for a few years now, bringing the same cat every time. Sadly, we had to put her down on Mar. 31st in which we asked for her to be cremated and returned to us along with the metal plate and screws that were in her leg. Today, April 9th I went to pick up her ashes but before leaving I checked her ashes for her metal plate and it was not there. I re-entered to ask where it was, I was told it "disintegrated". I don't truly believe that...either there was a miscommunication, or it was thrown out by whoever they use... read more
