Dr. Molly Mettler took care of dog and she was kind and attentive, I would give her 5 stars. My low stars are because of the tech who helped us and for the facilities lack of communication. I took my dog to our primary vet because his stomach seemed to be getting larger, come to find out he had fluid accumulating in his abdominal cavity and was diagnosed with CHF. My dog had caught an infection and I was told to go here. I was not aware that they will nickel and dime you the whole time. Of course as a pet parent, you want to do everything to save your pet, but I highly encourage you to shop around for the services that you need. I don’t remember the young lady that worked the front desk at night. She was completely Amazing.
Our French Bulldog Beauregard injured his back and his back legs were paralyzed. Dr Berry performed back surgery on Beau and he started to walk in a few days. We were able to bring Beauregard home shortly thereafter and he has progressed very well. Took him back for a checkup, and Dr Berry was pleased with his progress. We will take him back in 5 weeks, hopefully for his final back surgery checkup. Blue Pearl staff have been excellent
Dr Rossi and her assistant Dr Alexis were excellent!! Very detailed, clear in directions and listened to my concerns
