Such a good doctor...after a string of bad luck running into bad doctors in OC/ LA area...I might have found a true gem. It was refreshing to see someone finally genuinely and kindly want to help. Kind and professional , thank you doctor
I realize a veterinary office can't save every pet, but they do have control of how they deal with clients. In 2019 I brought my kitty in and was asked to leave him overnight. I was able to pick him up the next day and was charged $2,200.00. When I got him, he seemed visibly traumatized and he died four days later. Two years later, I start getting emails from this vet about a $170 bill for bloodwork they did in 2019 (and they have now tacked on interest). Dr. Gassel was great, knowledgeable, and very logical in his plan for treating my girl. He treated one of my previous rescue dogs a few years back! so a return client is always a good sign!
