Was charge for stuff I know nothing about. Also when had surgery..Patterson never came to me before surgery. Now they tell me I owe his assistant! Not to mention hurt everyday in pain😢. A rip off for sure

Dr Robertson did my Bunion and hammertoe surgery I highly recommend him. He did a great job and the staff of Southern bone and joint are the nicest I’ve ever seen.
Went to Dr. Sikes today and was highly disappointed. He didn’t take my arthritis seriously because of my age. Recommended I walk, then after I told him I had metal in my back and hip, he still didn’t seem interested in helping. Sent me home with a script and a paper of exercises, that I can’t do because of my back. Way to pay attention. Will find myself a Dr. that actually takes time to listen, and not leave me waiting an hour and a half for 5 minutes of his time. The staff is excellent!! All the ladies were very sweet.
They charged us $424.00 for a $35.00 Nylon wrist band without informing us of the price when they gave it to us. Insurance scam & dishonest billing. When I called each person I spoke to were rude.
They have amazing staff and knows how to take care of the patient! And knows how to make patient’s day goes good!
