Due to the incompetent billing staff at Southern Bone and Joint in Hattiesburg, MS my daughter will not be getting her much needed surgery on Monday. Why? Because when the doctor's office scheduled the surgery in April the staff waited until two days ago to request authorization and send the medical records to our insurance for the surgery and the authorization is pending and the insurance company is wondering why it wasn't sent in April! #southernboneandjoint #drjamesantinnes
