Julie Johnson was very responsive. The car I was interested in had been recently sold, but she inquired about what I'd like to find, and offered to keep an eye out for my preferred profile of 2002 -2005 BMW 325 wagon.
Spoke with the owner about a BMW she had for sale we agreed on the price and I offered a deposit, I explained to her that I was about to purchase another car from another individual, but I was going to pass on that car and buy her car. I explained to her I was very serious and that I would send her a deposit immediately. Hi Jay, I’m sorry that there was obviously a miscommunication between us. We did speak that Saturday, as I was leaving for the day. You said you wanted to leave a deposit and I told you the deposit was non-refundable (as is the policy of every dealer, since “holding” the car takes it out of inventory and therefore bars potential sales), and you said that that was fine, as long as you liked the car when you got here. Julie was super helpful with my inquiry. I would definitely recommend Southern Auto Liquidators.
At first they said the car was available so I tried to make an appointment for that day to see it. Then after a call or two I got a text message saying it was a mistake it was already gone. Not that professional.
Contacted me to let me know the car was sold. Very polite.
Fast reply. Sadly the vehicle was already sold. They provided other alternatives and listened sincerely to my search criteria. Very polite and helpful.
Julie was very professional. She was very polite, explained matters and even took us for a test drive. All paperwork was done correct and in a timely matter. I would recommend this dealer for anyone wishing to purchase a good used car.
