RecommendedBest Office ever! Son broke his finger we went to gaston eR because it was closer. Told us to follow up with the primary doctor. DID NOT NEED TO. Referal was sent for orthopedic the next day calling to schedule appt before I could even get a ChanCe. 😍😍😍 Quality😁
We love Dr. Bartell! She and her staff are great. They respond quickly to requests for paperwork, appointments, etc. Front desk and medical assisting staff are fantastic.
they are nice smart and they have everything in order we have been here for 3 years now. I wouldn't change anything about them. Dr. Bartel is awesome and my 4 year old and 2 year old loves to go to the doctor if it to see dr Bartel. THATS right they love going to the doctor...
I absolutely love Dr Rebecca Santos. She is professional while still welcoming. My kids feel very relaxed with her, she is friendly and you can tell she truly loves kids. I would highly recommend her.

I love Southend! Everyone is so nice. They know my kids. I don't have to worry about anything! Nurse Lauren is awesome I love her to pieces! Dr. Bartell is the best in the world. Every since I switch pediatric for my oldest who has asthma really bad he has not been hospitalized since he has been a patient at Southend! I recommend Southend to any and every parent!!!
First time mom, nervous about any and everything but Dr. Bartell is so nice and welcoming. The entire staff is. Glad I was referred here.
I love them!!!! my son has been seen by them since he was born. They are very professional, anything wrong they will make a way to see him, the whole experience is a good one. I highly recommend them
