I do not write many reviews but my experience with this company made me feel like I had to warn the next customer. I might be one of the few disaster stories that they have (everyone makes mistakes) but the way things were handled is borderline comical. I will start by saying the one good thing, they have a very nice and sweet lady working the phones. Now the bad. This week I decided to try a DIY sod project in my backyard. To start I did not measure correctly so when I went to my local sod dealer I did not purchase the correct amount, I made a mistake by purchasing 2 x 4 rolls not knowing that 16” x 24” Squares are an option and a much easier way to handle such heavy material. After I properly prepped the area for my new sod I started unloading my 12 rolls of sod (very heavy) and it was obvious that I was going to be quite short on sod. Absolutely horrible service. Grass is pathetic at best and is riddled with weeds. Owner tells you lies about everything.
