This is my first time ever dealing with a septic tank Rebecca at the front office when beyond the Call of Duty with my inspection report .service was perform the date and time that I was promised I will recommend them and I will use them again
Again Southeastern amazed me. My alarm came on for the septic tank on good friday. I called Wayne no hesitancy him and his crew showed up..... Very highly recommended....
Wayne and his team did a great job with replacing my drainfield. His customer service was second to none as he walked my wife and I throught the steps of the process. He also had the best price of the bids that we had received. If I need the Southeast Septic team in the future, I will definitely be giving them a call.
They did a fantastic job on our septic system. I would refer them to all my friends that have septic issues.

Great job Always on time Onside tech was friendly and professional. I have used them before with always the same great service. They are on time with a pre-appointment call to confirm that they are on the way. No type of on site sales, just professional all the way.

It's really hard to find great customer service anymore but I absolutely found it when I talked to Rebecca in the office and told her that I neeeded my septic tank pumped out. She was able to get me same day service. She sent Don out. I stood out there with him while he was doing the job and we had lots of laughs and jokes about how bad the job smelled...lol. The bad news is that I need a new drain field but the good news is I wouldn't call anyone else to do it. Wayne, their estimator, called me pretty quick to come out and ... read more
