These guys installed a system 1 year ago. A pump in the lift station "Fell off" of its' fitting !! (Never Installed correctly).. System is supposed to be under warranty, only they will NOT HONOR their own warranty! They wanted to charge us to fix something they installed improperly. We hired a Different company to fix the issue. RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY! USE UR $$ A BETTER WAY !!! NO STARS !!

From the nice lady that scheduled my appointment to Wayne and the technician (forgot his name) that came out to my house, it was a job well done. They even found that the company that installed my drain field 5 yrs ago did not install a filter to protect my expensive investment. Southeastern installed the filter for a great price and charged me less to pump my tank than the other company quoted me that I had used before.
