I had an annual check up of my retina and was, once again, impressed by Dr. Chris Larzo and his staff From check in to vision exam and glaucoma testing and pupil dilation and photographing of my retina, to Dr. Larzo's ultrasound testing and thorough explanations. I continue to be so impressed by Their Professionalism and Thoroughness And The Respect That They All Display Dr. Larzo is very personable and reassuring
As just about every other comment states a two hour wait to see the doctor for each visit is shameful. A business practice built on being inconsiderate is a poor one. They say there may be a lot of reasons but the main one is they are just running as many cattle through as possible. My wife thought Dr. Baer was great though.
I love my Dr but having to wait 2 hours or more each and every time is ridiculous. And their excuse is we have a lot of patients. So is this like an airport where you just stack the planes except you stack patients. No respect for your patients time!
