I trusted Dr KIrbo after clearly explaining that I wanted my hump removed and a slope, a button nose. He reassured me that he understood exactly what I wanted especially after showing him pictures too .After I paid nearly $10,000 and had the surgery, everything changed. I accompanied my husband, Larry, for his PostOp treatments. Dr Derosier and his nurse, Robin, have been excellent in explaining details and making sure we understand/are comfortable during every stage of PreOp til now. They have been Professional and at the same time very Courteous.
The esthetician that used to work here was amazinggggg! However, they do not honor prices on their website. They canceled my order after I purchased a serum saying it was out of stock, when they actually were mistakenly still running a sale. The item still showed as available on the site, but the price was different! The PA was unhelpful and condescending. Before this, I'd spent thousands here. I'm highly disappointed and will not be giving them any more business.
