there is no oral surgeons here as i was rudely told …. every time i visit episcopal the front desk attendants just rude & nasty. I had to curse the one lady out because instead of just saying “oh there’s no oral surgeons here this is the location” she was like “you’re not going to the 2nd floor unless you’re going to the obgyn” like excuse me first of all hello ignorant learn how to greet the patients just straight ignorant

I called to confirm my appointment for today and surprisingly the phone was answered on the second ring, I spoke to a very professional yet sweet receptionist by the name of Kiana who confirmed my appointment she reminded me of the things I needed to bring Edwards very very nice. I don't know what all the fuss is about the receptionist being rude but I have yet to have that experience. I am looking forward to my consultation today thanks again Amanda and Kiana

I went with my sister to have all of her top teeth removed due to gum disease. They talked down to us, turned their backs when we asked questions, refused to give her anything but Advil after pulling 20 teeth and rushed out out if the recovery room like we did something wrong by asking for help. They only allow 30 minutes for each surgery whether you're having 2 teeth removed or 20. After her mouth swelling went down we can see parts of her teeth are still there. They are rude & have no sympathy for their patients
