I cant write another review from the same account, luckily i have 2 so i can warn you all some more😊 i had just showed up to an appointment to fix the hair that THEY damaged and was immediately turned away bc the owner is extremely bitter and couldnt handle my honest review of her unprofessional and badly run business. I went in to begin the first steps of getting my hair to blonde. I knew going in i would not be going in with dark burgandy hair and leaving with blonde, i just wanted to begin the process. I sat in that chair for 3 hours and they did nothing but make my hair worse. They realized they would not be able to get the color out of my hair with bleach, but not after completely destroying my hair. This was my end product and the owner STILL made me pay for it. NO NO NO NO NO Don't book with them! My fiance booked a wedding to have this organization do her and the bridesmaids the day of the wedding. She had several (4) conversations with them about this booking. She called a week before her pretrial to confirm and they have no record of the pretrial or the wedding booking. The manager blamed it on a previous employee saying she has caused a lot of issues for them. A WEDDING IS AN EXTREMELY STRESSFUL for any bride let alone this fiasco. Growing out my pixie haircut after a botched cut elsewhere they gave me a beautiful bob style that fixed a nightmare cut into a fabulous cut.
