The worker came in promptly. They said between 9 and 10 am arrive. He came right at 9. He was so nice and professional. He even helped with a light bulb change. The contractor gave great advise on keep existing beams vs replacing brand new during the measurement process. 100% would recommend this company.
They came in May and told me I needed a new spring on my garage door. Last week the door would barely raised up. I had another company come and the said I needed a new motor but when they put it in the doors were off balance. The technician showed me and said the spring overhead door put in was not for a door with the weight of mine. I called Overhead Door to tell them and they said “to bad”. Basically. Stay away from this company!!!
Based on the instructions provided, I helped my 88 year old mother move items in the garage to provide a work area but apparently we didn’t do enough because the worker just said more needed to be done & then drove off. Two stars for showing up. Update: It took us 5 minute to move items.
Really happy with our installation! Jason was the tech who came out to install the LiftMaster opener with myQ (we wanted this opener so we can get in garage deliveries). He was super polite and the installation was quick. He even inspected our garage doors and added lubricant so they would function better. I would absolutely use this firm again!
