This is my go to company for any garage door needs. They are on top of their game and have always had amazing customer service. We have a construction company and all my customer have loved their service. Thank you Southeastern Garage Doors Inc, you guys are the best!
These people are super. The salesman was very helpful. He even took the time to call me when I emailed some questions about the estimate. The gal on the phone was pleasant. The doors came and were installed ahead of the time promised. The fellow that installed the doors worked hard all day, obviously knew what he was doing and did a great job. This company beat the other estimate we got by $500. We love the doors and they made our garage look brand new. I would hire these people again without a doubt.
Southeastern Garage Doors is a great company to do business with. We purchased new garage doors from them three years ago. From the beginning, their sales staff were awesome to deal with and the final product was beautiful and installation went off without a hitch. A few years after the doors were installed, i encountered an issue with the computer board on one of the doors. I can’t say enough about Ron! He should up on town and was completely honest with me all the way through the process. He even took the time to fix my garage door opener when I didn’t ask him to. I told him exactly what we wanted and he came in cheaper than any other company in the area. Highly recommend these guys and especially Ron! Thanks Ron
I wanted to definitely take the time out to give special recognition to Al, my service technician. He was so patient and kind...Having him come out twice to assess and reinstall a corrected unit (that he picked up personally by the way after being routed to TWO stores due to inventory and general customer service complexity from the vendor) was an absolute pleasure and delight.
