Great job on the install, everything looks great. There was an issue with my original appointment and my availability that day, but they were very accommodating to get it taken care of within a couple days. Really appreciate their team getting it resolved and installed.
Called southeastern garage door on a Wednesday had a woman set up to come out on Monday and they give me a quote to come out and grease the door and service the door for $115 call today on a Thursday and asked her about a part that I thought maybe going out on the garage door opener and I told her not to worry about it. Just send him out then she told me that she gave me the wrong price. It wasn’t $115. it was $150 to come out then I canceled after that. The worker came in promptly. They said between 9 and 10 am arrive. He came right at 9. He was so nice and professional. He even helped with a light bulb change. The contractor gave great advise on keep existing beams vs replacing brand new during the measurement process. 100% would recommend this company.
