Don’t come here. Go somewhere else. The nurse practioner Ashley Craddock here is an awful provider.. She doesn’t care about the patients. AT ALL. She will tell you she’s going to do this and do that and she doesn’t. My PCP office can’t even get my results for tests. She never called back about results after promising to. I don't know where other people's perspective comes from but I went to see Dr. Saslawsky and had a great time. Wasn't under any pain after the vasectomy, gave me clear instructions, and has a great staff.

Unprofessional medical office. They called my husband April 19th, a couple of hours before his scheduled appointment because they said Ashley Craddock NP would not be there for his appointment..so they rescheduled him for the following Friday just to find out they didn’t put him on the schedule at all. It’s the next Friday April 26th..I thought it was weird they didn’t send a reminder. The lady that answered the phone said he missed his appointment on April 19th.
