amazing experience and great communication with southeast restoration our project manager Chad has amazing customer service skills and communication throughout the whole process. they used a local cabinet restoration Jason who was also really nice and did a very thorough job above and beyond expected.
We’ve had to have them put a couple times this year. They showed up on time, got the work done quickly and well, and were friendly and professional.

I really appreciate all the work that Matt Coffey did for Southeast restoration during the restoration of our home from water damage. This was a major renovation and Matt and Southeast restoration helped us all along the way.

Our experience with Southeast was great. Their personnel were always professional and courteous and they always were considerate of our inconvenience caused by the damage. We had to move into a hotel for 3 weeks because the repairs were extensive. They kept us informed daily of progress and the schedule. The finished product came out great and we would use them again without hesitation should the need arise.
It was amazing to me just how critical and urgent it was to stop the source causing the leak in our master bedroom. SE Restoration took the issue far more seriously than I did, and now I'm glad they did. They prevented further damage and then put it all back together brand new. Apparently there's a good reason why USAA uses them as their prefferred vendor. They took care of everything.

Great service in a timely manner. Did all of the dry out and demo from our hot water heater rupture in our basement. Courteous and professional. Kept me informed of their process. Excellent experience, I highly recommend.
