Quick response for tarp install following roof damage. The repair work a week later was very thorough and well done. Our service POC, Chad, kept us informed quite often, answered all questions, followed-up after the repair, and he provided some recommendations for other work we need to get accomplished in the future.

This the second time we've worked with Southeast Restoration. Both times I had the pleasure of working with Chad. He's always very professional and very pleasant to work with.
Our bathroom flooded. The water went into the closets in 2 bedrooms & into the hallway. Southeast was there within an hour to clean up everything & dry all the effected areas. They went above & beyond to make sure we were happy & even helped us save money. Valerie was able to answer any questions & was always checking in at our home (personally) on the progress that was being done. Everyone was nice & quick to get their part of the job done. We highly recommend Southeast for any restoration needs you may have!
A tree fell on our roof at 9 pm, 2 nights before Christmas. Within 2 hours of contacting Southeast Restoration we had people putting tarps on our roof. We have not had a moment of worry about any step of the repairs. Valerie Thomas has been in constant contact with us as the repairs progress. Each employee we have encountered has been professional and quick to answer any questions we may have had. I would most certainly recommend this company to everyone!
Great group of guys. All extremely courteous and helpful with all questions I had. Still in the cleanup phase, but so far so good. They work to find even complicated problems with the home instead of moving too quickly. Would recommend them to anyone that needs help fast.
MacKenzie, Rico and Sammy were AWESOME!!! I would highly recommend all of them for their fantastic friendly service and professionalism!😀 And talk about cleaning up afterwards!👍 I told them that if they were this awesome at their homes, I bet they have happy women in their lives🤣. Great jobs men!👍👍
