I just got home from here. This place took good care of my fiancé. The staff was beyond amazing. I never came across one mean worker. The nurses and doctors knew exactly what they were doing. I would recommend this hospital to anyone even if it's 2 hours away from where I live.
I saw Dr. Jessica Cox today and was absolutely blown away by her professionalism and kindness. She genuinely listens to your concerns and takes the time to understand and address all issues. She is very thorough and extremely understanding on all concerns. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a primary care physician in the area. She is simply top notch. I wish I could rate her higher than 5 stars!

This is referring to Southeast primary care. I can't get them to return phone calls if you leave a message. My questions regarding my family members go unanswered. I had to call everyday for over a week for them to send a letter to my husband's specialist that they would release him for surgery. But seriously this has been so frustrating trying g to get someone to call me back either about medication refills or a follow up on myself not feeling better. Ii would rate them a zero if I could!!
My mother in law had to have an angiogram yesterday and everyone was wonderful. I wish I could remember her nurses name but she was great. Big thank you to all the staff that waited on us.
