I had my beautiful baby boy Kash at this facility on April 24th, they were absolutely amazing to not only me and my son, but my significant other whom wasn’t technically a patient. They still treated him like one and worried about his comfort just as much as they did my sons and I. Very quick and professional
Care has been acceptable, but you shouldn't pull the trigger to send a 124.95 bill to collections when I have been paying on several accounts over the past several months, and had actually paid on this specific account. That has left a very bad taste in my mouth that will get communicated to whomever is appropriate. I asked the lady to take the account back and it would be paid. She said she had no authority to do so. Bad form Southeast Health.
