I delivered my son at SE Hospital back in September 2017. The staff was phenomenal. I had three different shift changes during my labor. Every single person always asked, "Is there anything else I can do for you before I go?" From the cafe staff to housekeeping to nurses. They never pressured me to make any decisions about managing my pain but always made it clear what options I had and all I needed to do was call them. They were encouraging and polite. Double billed for the second time this time on my labs
Double and triple bill you ask all you want to pay FULL bill before leaving they will still send you bills for same thing you paid for even with your receipt they say they must have forgot something. Well how can you be charged twice for same office visit this is a BIG problem in the dexter branch so far just in last couple months know 4 people with same issue
My wife has been here for 2 days and she has had nothing but the best attention. The staff has been nothing but professional and friendly. Thanks to everyone who took care of Melody McKenzie.
