RecommendedI had surgery yesterday and from the time I stepped in the hospital until the time I was discharged, I was treated amazing. The lady that took my temperature at the front was professional and kind. My nurse, Tabitha was amazing. Literally everyone was wonderful. It was a great experience.
Garbage. The er staff has the compassion of a wild jackal, and the understanding of a two year old. They let critical patients sit in wheelchairs for 45 minutes. They contradict themselves regarding visiting policies.

you have no on-call cardiac dr. How are you a cardiac hospital? my daughter has been here since 10pm yesterday, as of 9:35am today, we are still in the er. she had 2 pacemakers put in. Mind you she is only 23yo,she is having episodes where her heart is skipping many beats, machine dings and goes crazy.. no one comes to check! we pushed the nurse call button at 823am, the nurse shows up at 930am asking what did we need, nothing now!! she was moved from room 21 to room 44. im guessing this is where you send patients to die, ca... read more
RecommendedI’ve always received excellent care at Baptist!! It is my go to hospital in Jax. I only go to Baptist doctors.
Horrible experience. I hate Baptist Health system and would never recommend anyone be treated here. You have to fight for your care and the doctors treat you like you’re just a number. My surgical experience with Dr. Samiian and the hospital stay have been awful. She neglected to come see me after surgery so I have no idea what went on during my almost 5 hour surgery and the nurses response to that was “you’ll see her at post - op”. This place sucks! Dad was discharged worse than when he went in after 4 night stay in room 410! Stay far away from this negligent care place. Never had a shower, clothes barely put on, shoes not on correctly when he was discharged. Dad has some dementia, staff was told this but no one ever called to confirm anything. Someone needed to be an advocate for my dad, but due to COVID claimed no one can come see him. RecommendedDefinitely would!!! My Husband had to have Cardiology testing required by Doctor for up coming back surgery, we have always used Baptist Hospital but never Nassau Baptist, this was a last minute required test and they worked with us and made us feel like they really cared for us and went out of their way to help, from the receptionist, the medical staff that took our info, the nurses that performed the tests. RecommendedI had to take my daughter here and the staff was excellent! Nurse Bill and Nurse Cece and Dr. Patel went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable and alleviate her fears. I even called Dr. Patel back the next day and he took the time to answer my questions and calm my nerves. He even texted me and told me I could reach out to him that way if need be. I would recommend this facility in a heartbeat! Thank you to the amazing staff at Wolfson's! You all are amazing!
RecommendedDr.Imhof has been the best primary care doctor I have ever had. And the entire staff is incredible and do everything possible to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend them very very much!
