Sorry to do this but I'm tired of it your hospital has robbed me of my son in forced him to die when he was Fighting in he was 4 days away from being one
My father had brain surgery on Friday. after being discharged he had to be admitted again. The nursing staff neglected to discover that he was unable to feed himself, go to the restroom, or even wash his hands to eat. He's unable to use utensils and eats with his hands. the neglect in care and personal hygiene was unacceptable. my mother and I have had to be there to act as an advocate in order to get the help he needed for basic needs. RecommendedThe people here are amazing all the way from the person at the desk to check you in up to the doctor. I hope we don't ever need to come here again but if we do, we know we are in good hands. Thank you for being amazing!
RecommendedI had severe migraines for several months, I changed to Baptist Neuro and Dr. Riggeal started me on Aimovig, hardly any pain since, and wonderful bedside manner as well! Great staff!
RecommendedPlease educate your staff on the one visitor a day policy. It is frustrating to drive 2 hours round trip to not see your loved one. It would be so simple to mention that policy when being admitted to the room. We asked what time visiting hours are and technically got the answer we asked for. It would have been nice to know the restrictions though.
RecommendedThe Nurses and Doctors at Baptist are top-notch. I have been treated in Several Hospitals over thelast 15 -20 years, and i have NEVER been happier, or felt as comfortable in ANY institution.
RecommendedWe were discharged September 13th and we had the most pleasant experience at Baptist South 💝 The Doctors, Nurses and all staff were nice and very helpful. They kept the room clean and sanitized throughout the day. They had a decent menu of a variety of food for room service. Office manager Pam was helpful, but overworked. I appreciate her helping me, but my relationship with this location will not work. Having to wait 30–45 minutes to be seen, and I am the first appt of the day is unacceptable. And this was a reschedule from waiting an hour and half on the first appt. that I had to leave before being seen. Please get Pam some assistance.
I do not recommend it. I am filing a complaint against Baptist Primary Care on Regency Square Blvd. They will not give me the results of my sugar level for diabetes that was done on 09/21/2020. My doctor Dr. Cronin will not sign off so I can obtain the results of the above test.
