I retired from an eye surgery center as a nurse, in another state, in 2017. I was anxious to see how the procedure had progressed. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects....the evaluation, the wait time, the short after- care time, the concern and attention shown by anesthesia, Dr. Ridner, the nurses, the front desk. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. I was quickly given extra blankets, and my eyeglasses were bubble- wrapped. My experience here has been really great! As A person who worked in optical for 35 years, I am greatly impressed with the education, organizational skills and courtesy that is offered here. Personally I needed cataract surgery and also would highly recommend this group!
If they were the only eye surgery Doctors in the world I would do with out the surgery's. I do NOT trust them and will never ever use them again. They do not care for there patients. Just try calling them! Evidently they have nobody to answer the phone's or return your calls. I just will not ever use them again. I cancelled two surgeries!
