Terrible customer service, the receptionists are always so rude and unprofessional.
Not sure what the bad reviews are about, this clinic is very popular for a reason. Lovely receptionist staff and Drs who listened carefully to my issues and made me feel completely at ease. The quality of care was outstanding, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled doctors and friendly staff!!

Despicable receptionist at the centre. Nancy is completely incompetent in her job needs to understand that she does not own the practise. Denied to give me an appointment with my doctor even though I needed to get this booked urgently. Started to educate me on the missed appointment fee for 50.00 and stated that she would off board me as a patients because she could do so.
