Lovely reception! Big shout out to Nancy for her friendly service :)
Friendly staff at reception & easy location / parking. Dr. Tan is a fantastic doctor who I cannot recommend enough, I have finally found an endocrinologist who understands and listens. Dr. Tan truly cares about his patients and works with you to make a difference.
Nothing disrespectful or rude about the Customer Service but being in the healthcare sector, they need to be trained to be a bit more kind and empathetic. After all, the reception is the face of the establishment. We talk to them before we talk to our doctors… That can leave a lasting impression in the mind of “customers” who are actually patients with health issues. If anyone cares and is listening, this is my feedback.
Dr Pease is friendly and knowledgeable, and the staff are lovely and helpful. Warm atmosphere.
