I started at SEDP when I was an infant. I did have some issues with them not believing something was wrong but in the end they kept trying and would figure it out. I even got an apology from my main pediatrician there for doubting. Not many doctors will apologize for something. My son now goes there and started from when he was born. All the staff remembered me and we happy to help me on this journey of motherhood and take care of my doctor. They are still absolutely amazing. They get us in right away if it's urgent. I have been at this practice with Dr. Erdley for 15 years with one child and 11 years with the other. The doctors here are amazing, but the office staff is unprofessional, rude, and has zero regard for long standing patients of this practice. I mentioned that I would be shopping for a new pediatrician on the phone today due to being treated so rudely and both the front desk person and her manager didn't care whatsoever. We are leaving as well after 4 years. The billing practices and billing staff are the main issue.
Absolutely amazing team across the board, nice facilities, highly responsive. Saved us a trip to an emergency room by being able to do stitches (or glue) and had us in and out in 30 minutes- made a highly stressful situation much more manageable. 100% recommend
Great pediatricians! The whole office staff is knowledgeable and accommodating! The nurses are so nice to me and my children! Thank you!
