Terrible customer service experience the supervisor kept talking over me with lies and at a point she hung up the line when asked for an itemized bill They send a residualsly overpriced bill on the hope you pay that amount I'll be filling an official complain about them and specially the rude supervisor I was talking too
Asked for bill 3 times to resolve payment. Never received it and it went to collections… what a racket. Can’t wait for the class action lawsuit!
Wow could not believe, but now I can all of the regular negative reviews. had operation Aug 2022, after getting out of St Francis , started getting all of the bills and this was one of them that had 2 different amounts, called and asked which one I should pay and they said the lesser or current amount, they advise they were still fighing my then Insurance Company Caresource over the other amount. Gave me a 6 digit number and said they would call me if there was a problem, well got a call from a collection agency, in May 2024... read more

This is without question the worst company of its kind in Indiana. I would sell a body part before working with them again.
