Asked for bill 3 times to resolve payment. Never received it and it went to collections… what a racket. Can’t wait for the class action lawsuit!
Wow could not believe, but now I can all of the regular negative reviews. had operation Aug 2022, after getting out of St Francis , started getting all of the bills and this was one of them that had 2 different amounts, called and asked which one I should pay and they said the lesser or current amount, they advise they were still fighing my then Insurance Company Caresource over the other amount. Gave me a 6 digit number and said they would call me if there was a problem, well got a call from a collection agency, in May 2024... read more

This is without question the worst company of its kind in Indiana. I would sell a body part before working with them again.
Very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone! Online payment system doesn’t work! Finally spoke to someone who took my payment details and apparently did nothing with them. Now they sent my bill to a collection agency!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
