I’ve been going to this urgent care since 2009 and have always appreciated the care I receive from the CNPs. They’ve consistently treated me with respect and professionalism, which is why I prefer seeing them. Unfortunately, I’ve had repeated uncomfortable experiences with Dr. Walters. Years ago, he discussed my personal medical information in a public hallway where I could hear him, which made me extremely uncomfortable and is a HIPAA violation. Horrible experience last week. From the front desk lady to the nurse. I hope they know patients can hear them when they talk and we can see facial expressions too. Maybe wait until the patient walks out the door before you start running you mouth. I would never recommend this place for someone who has a true issue. A back street in Montgomery has more class then these people.
