I've been a patient there for a little more than a year and I've been completely invisible. I go at the same time as my husband to save money on gas, as we travel 45 minutes to get there. They don't take my copay, but take my husband's. I'm the one who pays. I have heart conditions and they give him the EKG. They keep sending me a bill because they forget to get my copay when they take his copay off my card! I owe for three visits. It's ridiculous to think that anything I say to them is ignored. I had a horrible experience with David Runyon. He’s known me for years and treated me like he had never met me. I have never been treated like this from a doctor ever. The dude needs to either retire or find another career. His bedside manner sucks to high heaven. He is the most inconsiderate and rudest doctor I have ever seen!

We feel so disappointed with the care SARHA of Troy offers, we were basically denied of the care they offer. I have been a patient here before and so have my parents, and the providers are excellent. but the people at the desk especially Mia, and the other lady that spoke to me on the phone, please do better! I called earlier today regarding a possible physical exam/labs for my mom needing them her residency documentation. Mind you she has been a patient and been seen here previously.
