I've been a patient there for a little more than a year and I've been completely invisible. I go at the same time as my husband to save money on gas, as we travel 45 minutes to get there. They don't take my copay, but take my husband's. I'm the one who pays. I have heart conditions and they give him the EKG. They keep sending me a bill because they forget to get my copay when they take his copay off my card! I owe for three visits. It's ridiculous to think that anything I say to them is ignored.
