We feel so disappointed with the care SARHA of Troy offers, we were basically denied of the care they offer. I have been a patient here before and so have my parents, and the providers are excellent. but the people at the desk especially Mia, and the other lady that spoke to me on the phone, please do better! I called earlier today regarding a possible physical exam/labs for my mom needing them her residency documentation. Mind you she has been a patient and been seen here previously. The receptionist for Dr. Bish are extremely rude and lazy. I've called and left multiple voice mails asking when my appointment was and what I need to bring. Of course I missed my appointment because nobody answers or calls back and now since I'm a no show I can't reschedule or make a new appointment. Unreliable
