Laura does excellent work. I really made it hard for her this time. My work scheduled a teleconference to start at 8AM. I did not need to speak but did need to listen. You can guess where this went. Yes, I sat in the chair, iphone in lap, earbuds in ears, while Laura did x-rays and my teeth cleaning ... all without saying a word and using hand signals to me, when she needed me to do something. Clearly, appreciated Laura's flexibility and understanding. Plus, I got a thumbs up for my checkup and clearning, from DR Healy.
The staff was great about tracking me down as I am a reluctant patient! The staff is always very friendly, organized, skilled and thorough. Thank you, val moore
Dr. Healy is amazing. As I told him, he is not only a great technician, but an artist, as well. The chipped tooth that he fixed looks like nothing ever happened to it. And all done in record time. Thanks!
Although I've had a lifetime of dental work and regular visits, it had been over 5 years since I'd been to the dentist due to a very unfortunate/bad experience. I finally (and very stressfully) booked at this place after reading the online reviews. I should have done so earlier --- excellent, professional and compassionate service. From the front desk, to Laurie (x-rays, cleaning, explaining) and Dr. Mehta --- all were wonderful.
My hygienist, Ashley, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I also felt like she did a thorough job efficiently and certainly comfortably for me. The dentist who did my check was also friendly and competent.
My work location change in 2004 causing me to switch to a different dentist. I am now retired & was able to return to Southdale Dental. What fun to see Joy again. I really am looking forward to having Dr Laura Bainer as my dentist.
I always dread the shots when I have dental work done. But yesterday I had the best experience with this. I didn't feel a thing! I was so pleased, as I always hold my breath during the shots. Beautifully done, Dr. Metha. Thank you.
I was very satisfied as always. The Doctor and Assistant listened, showed care and were very thorough.
From the friendly front desk clerk, to the kind and competent hygienist, to the great dentist, this is by far one of the best places to go for dental care.
